Hayes Design Group Architects Recognized by the Pennsylvania AIA for the Second Year in a Row

Hayes Design Group Architects (HDG) was recently recognized for the second year in a row for its dedication to fostering emerging professionals by the AIA Pennsylvania Chapter during the 2017 Architectural Excellence Design Awards Broadcast on October 25.
HDG was given a 2017 AIA PA Firms Fostering Emerging Professionals Recognition. The award honors firms for its work in mentoring and developing younger employees. HDG has a well-established mentoring program which includes assigning a mentor to every new employee and developing a plan of action to ensure employees receive the necessary IDP (Intern Development Program) hours through their projects and day-to-day work experience.
