West View Water Authority – Beaver County Water Treatment Plant
June 12, 2015
The Hayes Design Group working with Bankson Engineers, Inc. designed a multiple building water treatment complex for the West View Water Authority. The project consists of two sites; the Baden Borough site to extract raw water from the Ohio River and the Economy Borough site to process and distribute potable water to consumers. The main treatment site in Economy Borough will be capable of processing approximately 15 million gallons of water each day. The scope of work includes four buildings totaling more than 60,000 SF of water treatment process spaces. The main building includes employee spaces such as offices, conference rooms, locker rooms, labs, and a central monitoring station. The project design incorporates cost efficient durable materials to provide a long lasting aesthetically pleasing complex that harmonizes with its surroundings.
