The Hayes Design Group Team has been providing architectural services for Educational Learning Facilities in Western Pennsylvania for the last twenty five years. We believe that consensus building and stakeholder management is an important component to building the school of the future to ensure that programming and community needs are met. We have used programming surveys, meetings with School Administration/Staff and facilitated public stakeholder meetings to gather the interest of various groups and build consensus.
