HDG implemented a comprehensive study for Casa San Jose that both identified and addressed the needs and options available to them for purchasing and renovating the 1600 Broadway building. The scope of work included an evaluation of the existing facility, assessment of space utilization needs to accommodate the program, and conceptual options to renovate and convert the existing facility to meet those needs. HDG also developed 3D conceptual renderings to help the client visualize the various schemes as well as convey ideas to potential stakeholders. The Design Team then developed conceptual budgetary costs and recommendations for the course of action to be taken following the study.
