Why the HDG Architects? What keeps you here and motivated?
I was looking to work in a medium sized firm with a small firm feel. A nice work environment that would help me grow and provide me with a well rounded experience. Working at HDG provides me with variety both in the architectural projects I work on and the day-to-day operations.

What is your favorite aspect of practicing architecture?
Architecture affects people every day whether they realize or not. I appreciate that we as designers have the ability to alter experiences and choreograph the movement of people navigating the spaces we design.

Your favorite building design/example of architecture in the world?
King’s Cross Station | John McAslan + Partners

The combination of old and new when paired with architectural lighting sets the mood and becomes the most enjoyable experience.
