Why the Hayes Design Group Architects? What keeps you here and motivated?
Having had little experience working in architectural firms, I was drawn to Hayes Design Group for the projects the firm designs. I was uninterested at the time to choose a specialty and was looking for an office that would provide variety in my day and the opportunity to work on an assortment of architectural buildings.

What is your favorite aspect of practicing architecture?
Architecture affects people every day whether they realize or not. I appreciate that we as designers have the ability to alter experiences and choreograph the movement of people navigating the spaces we design.

Your favorite building design/example of architecture in the world?
King’s Cross Station | John McAslan + Partners

The combination of old and new when paired with architectural lighting sets the mood and becomes the most enjoyable experience.
