Why The Hayes Design Group? What keeps you here and motivated?
I enjoy the projects and the resulting experience that I am gaining. I also like that there is a social as well as a professional aspect of the firm, where everyone is very personable. I am perfectly comfortable going to anyone in the office either to talk to or ask for help.
What is your favorite aspect of practicing architecture?
I appreciate the ability to impact everyday aspects of people’s lives and change people’s experiences in certain spaces, where we affect mood and feeling based on aesthetics. People interact with and experience the spaces that we create every single day.
