Hayes Design Group Awarded Project with West Allegheny School District

The Hayes Design Group- Architects (HDG) was recently awarded a project with West Allegheny School District (WASD) for addition and alterations to their existing High School. The scope of work will include the expansion of the pool from 6 to 8 lanes, increasing the pool deck area, the creation of larger locker/shower rooms, an addition of a new Fitness Room, ROTC classroom and an elevator that provides access to each level in the building, and press box. Other improvements include replacement of lighting to increase energy efficiency and upgrades to HVAC systems and pool equipment.
This is the third engagement between HDG and WASD, that has included the completion of an addition and renovation of Wilson Elementary and renovations to McKee Elementary School, (currently under construction). Both projects have received positive accolades for client service and design.
