Hayes Design Group Architects Recognized by the Pennsylvania AIA

The Hayes Design Group- Architects (HDG) was recently recognized by the AIA Pennsylvania Chapter at its annual Design Awards Gala on November 10th at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts for its dedication to fostering emerging professionals.
At the event, HDG was given the 2016 AIA PA Firms Fostering Emerging Professionals Recognition. The award honors firms for its work in mentoring and developing younger employees. HDG has a well-established mentoring program which includes assigning a mentor to every new employee and developing a plan of action to ensure employees receive the necessary IDP (Intern Development Program) hours through their projects and day-to-day work experience.
“We are honored to receive this award from the AIA in such an important area,” stated Kevin Hayes, Principle, Hayes Design Group- Architects. “Ensuring that young architects get the on-the-job experience they need to receive their registration and develop in the profession is an important aspect of building a positive workplace culture and delivering excellent client service.”
